Hi Timothy,
I appreciate your attempt to help, but the Wikka documentation clearly
states:
"Admins can set the INTRANET_MODE option in files/files.php to allow uploads
by non-admin users"

In addition to trying different values for $intranet_mode, I set ACLs on my
upload page to allow writing by registered users, so this should be working
but is not.
