I haven't tested this from wikkawiki.org itself - if you want to check  
your PHP configuration from within Wikka, here's something for you:

Note that {{checkconfig}} will NOT work (an fail gracefully) with:
- PHP < 4.3.0
- PHP for Windows
- allow_url_fopen set to FALSE
