I think the core functionality required for this is already described  
by this ticket: http://wush.net/trac/wikka/ticket/514

Ideally, we should give users the possibiliy to filter the output of  
any action displaying lists of items (pages, revisions, comments,  
users) retrieved from the DB, e.g.:

{{lastusers sort="alpha"}}

{{pageindex category="Foo"}}

{{recentchanges user="Foo"}}
