[wikka-news] WikkaWiki 1.3.5 released

Dear WikkaWiki supporter--

I've just released WikkaWiki 1.3.5 [1][2].  Minor bug fixes, soon to be
cataloged on the docs wiki.  Anyone willing to help with this task,
please drop me a note.  Otherwise, I'll get to it when I can.

This is also the first release made from the github repo! [3]
