[wikka-community] Announcing WikkaWiki release 1.3.7

Yes, it's been a long time coming, life sometimes gets in the way. This is
mainly a bug-fix release. 403/404 HTTP codes are now correctly sent for
non-existent pages. Some of the admin tools have been cleaned up, and batch
functionality has been added for deleting pages and users.

Probably the most significant issue with this release is that the
"old-style" forced links (deprecated since 1.3.1) have finally gone away
for the most part.  You'll either have to change broken links by manually
fixing them (remember, the separator is now the "|" symbol), or running the
php script that klenwell has thoughtfully provided for us.  Let me know if
there are any issues.

In case you all have forgotten, we moved to github some time ago.  The best
way to go about reporting bugs and requesting new features is via the issue
tracker.  You can access it via this link:

Also, there was a period of time duing with both the wikkawiki.org and
docs.wikkawiki.org instances experiences quite a bit of downtime.  They
have since been moved to a more robust server, and php5-fpm has been
tweaked so that connections are actually dropped rather than left in a
waiting state, which would quickly deplete available resources (someone has
hammered away at the WW instances for years...not too sure why).
