[wikka-community] Quick note about PHP requirements in 1.3.6

By default, 1.3.6 is distributed with breadcrumbs enabled.  However, to use
this functionality requires a PHP version of 5.4.0 or greater.  If you are
running with a version of PHP < 5.4.0, you have two options:

* Upgrade to PHP 5.4.0 or later.

* Disable breadcrumbs in wikka.config.php:

    'enable_breadcrumbs' => '0'

Sorry about that.  I will release 1.3.7 with breadcrumbs disabled.
