[wikka-community] 1.3.2 setup

Hi,

I'm trying to set up 1.3.2, but no matter what I do I get

   Testing Configuration

   Testing MySQL connection settings... FAILED

   Please use your browser's back button to correct any errors
   on the previous page.

phpmyadmin works against mysql... no problem. I used phpmyadmin to 
create the empty wikka db the installation called for.

All the directories below Wikka-1.3.2 are 775, jfl/www-data

All the files below Wikka-1.3.2 are 660, jfl/www-data.

I thought I'd look for a sample wikka.config.php and modify it by hand, 
but I don't see one.

Any help appreciated.
