[wikka-community] (1.3.1-rc2) Changing theme in settings triggers slq error

I reverted back to the sql database that I had using 1.2p1 and installed 
the latest 1.3.1-rc1 fresh.  Then when you came out with the 1.3.1-rc2, 
I copied the files without reverting the database back.  If you say it 
is working then may be I am executing things in some different sequence 
than you are.  What is the field (type and length) that I need to make 
in the database for this to work?
