[wikka-community] Security on Wikka pages

**Hello,

Just after installing Wikkawiki, some Wikka pages are writable by every 
wiki member. On my own opinion, they shouldn't be like this by default, 
they should all have these ACLs :

* Read ACL:
!* Write ACL:
!* Comment Read ACL:
!* Comment Post ACL:

excepted some of them (AdminUsers, AdminPages etc.) that could stay with 
the actual ACLs :

!* Read ACL:
!* Write ACL:
!* Comment Read ACL:
!* Comment Post ACL:

What do you think about that?
