[wikka-community] Email notifications

Hello

I'm new to Wikka, and am in the process of testing it.

I have a couple of questions in relation to features for users receiving
email notifications:

i) notification on a page change (user can watch a page)?

ii) notification on a reply to a comment?

I did see something in trac http://wush.net/trac/wikka/ticket/307; and user
code http://wikkawiki.org/WikkaWikiEMailNotifications, but was not sure if
it works with the current release of Wikka 1.3.1?
