mod_rewrite

Turn it off. During upload, you probably didn't upload the
hidden .htaccess files. Just put such file with content

<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine off
</IfModule>

in the appropriate directory uploads/ or uploads/CategoryT62P/. That
should do the job.
