[wikka-community] Numbers in Wiki-Links

My only concern would be if WikiNames might ever be used as PHP variables.
IIRC, PHP does not allow a variable to begin with a number. So allowing
WikiNames to begin with numbers might break some plugins (I think the core
code is robust enough to handle it).
