[wikka-community] One-click logout

Thanks mate!

I know it can be easily done (heck, maybe even I could do it) but it just
really bugs me that you have this setup by default. I really think there's a
certain web standard when it comes to the logout-means-logout button, and
it's a good one considering I haven't heard any fuzz about it ;P Unless
there's some reasoning behind it, I'd suggest keeping the separation default
in all themes from now on.
