[wikka-community] New file structure proposal - feedback welcome

I'm glad to see I will soon be able to translate easyly Wikka to french.

In the following page http://wush.net/trac/wikka/ticket/446 the english 
file is called '
en.inc.php'. Don't you plan to store the translations in XML files ?
