If you're just wanting to persist the output of your exporter (I'm
assuming you're running this externally, rather than as a handler or
formatter in Wikka), then you'll probably just want to write your
pages directly to the database.  The SQL calls needed to do this can
be found at http://wikkawiki.org/MigrateFromWackoWiki, for example.
It's all rather intuitive; there are no special "tricks" needed to
create new pages in the wiki DB.
