[wikka-community] help with implimenting google search bar

I'm attempting to implement Google's search bar in my website. I've created
an action out of it and managed to get it working however this would mean
that I would have to add this action to every single page manually which
would be very time consuming. How do I get it into the header and footer of
my website so that it'll appear regardless of the page your on?
