[wikka-community] old table and WikkaWiki 1.1.6.6

Actually, since 1.1.6.6 you can easily keep modified versions of each  
component in the plugins directory.
Follow Tormod's instructions but save the file as plugins/formatters/ 
wakka.php - this will override the behaviour of the default formatter  
without modifying it.
