fishy, there was apparently an inadvertent edit made to one of the
lines in Wakka.class.php.  Locate line 1104 in your
libs/Wakka.class.php file.  It looks like this:

if (preg_match('/^([A-???][A-Za-z???????]+)[:](\S*)$/', $tag, $matches))   // @@@ FIXME #34 (inconsistent with Formatter)

(The questions marks are utf-8 characters, which may or may not appear
in your editor.)

Replace the first "A-" character set with "A-Z".  That will fix the
link problem.
