[wikka-community] The plugin folder in 1.1.6.6

Hi, I'm using Fake-Mail action ( http://wikkawiki.org/RandomMail ),
before 1.1.6.6 I put the php in the actions folder, and use
"{{spamemail}}" in my wiki page, and it works. After upgrade to
1.1.6.6, I put the php in the plugins/actions folder, and the
{{spamemail}} in my wiki page didn't work anymore. It just can't find
this action. Put the php back to the actions folder will do the trick.

But as I understand, shouldn't the plugin folder supposed to do this?
