[wikka-community] a hint concerning php security for developers and admins (advanced level)

hello all,

i just found this snippet concerning apache's mime type handling. since 
i'm not familiar enough with apache to be shure that php code in 
/uploads never ever could be processed, i decided to forward this matter 
to you.

no problem as long as only wikka admins are allowed to upload, but there 
were some changes in the pipeline, were they?
