[wikka-community] Cannot log in successfully

Thanks, Brian. I made the suggested change and all is well. I wonder if
mod_security or similar from my host is causing it to break?

Regardless, I appreciate everyone's help. At least now I'll have a working
install while I poke around to see what the core problem is/was.
