[wikka-community] Advanced referrers handler

I just finished committing to trunk (r1074) the Advanced Referrers  
handler, designed by JavaWoman and myself.
Testing/debugging from the repository version very welcome (the code  
will be included in the next nightly build).

On a related note r1071 also introduces styling options to render  
unordered lists as tabbed menus (ul.menu).
