Hi h_b,

a user-maintained list of Wikka translations in different languages is  
available here: http://wikkawiki.org/WikkaLocalization#hn_Localized_packages
I think that's the best place to publish your work.

However, our goal with Wikka 1.1.7 is to use language files to allow  
wiki admins to select the language of their choice for the interface  
and default pages. If you are interested in contributing to the  
Japanese translation, drop me a line off-list <dartar at wikkawiki.org>  
and I'll send you instructions.
