Agreed, although I think that many people are just using the skins at http://wikkawiki.org/TestSkin 
  assuming they would work on later versions. It could be a good idea  
to separate the test page from a few skins that are guaranteed to work  
with 1.1.6.4 indeed. Oh and we should really really upgrade the  
community wiki to a 1.1.6.4 codebase!
