Krzysztof,

the "German" issue in wikinames is a known problem: http://wikkawiki.org/ValidPageNames

There are two separate issues here: valid usernames and valid page  
names, the link between the two being the fact of using usernames for  
userpages.

As for usernames, we have been considering dropping the camelcase  
limitation but I'm afraid we will still need to have some conditions  
on what counts as a valid username, so that page and username  
validation is consistent.
