[wikka-community] Trac upgrade

We are about to upgrade our bug tracker [1] to Trac 0.11. This will  
allow us to use some of the new features introduced in this release.
The migration will take place at 7pm BST (GMT+1). A very short service  
disruption is possible.

Please report any issue you may encounter with the tracker after the  
upgrade.
