[wikka-community] problems with update from stable to trunk

i changed my root page.

a few steps before was an announcement that the config file should be
writable, please add the .htaccess.
If writing to a file fails, it would be nice to dump the contents to a
textfield, so that the user can create the file via copy and paste.
