Brian,

I like the idea of a revert handler very much, IMO it should generate  
an automatic (but editable) note like MediaWiki does ("Reverting last  
edit by XXX").

I assume that all these administration/antispam features will be  
committed both to branches/1.1.6.4 and to trunk, right?

Could you create a new ticket for the revert handler?
Mass removal could be a ticket on its own or merged with this:
