whether you are installing a fresh engine or upgrading from a  
previous version, the web-based installer takes care of all the  
necessary DB changes.

If you use custom extensions (e.g. actions or handlers) or  
stylesheets, you will need to save them and drop them in the  
respective folders after upgrading. Further instructions are

1.1.6.4 will be announced on the lists once it's officially released.
